I'm Maud, and I hand-sew every Bona Beauty bonnet myself, one at a time, in Oosterhout. There's no factory and no team behind this, just me, a sewing machine, and as much satin as I can get through between drops.
Every bonnet is cut, sewn and finished by hand, so I can only make so many before the next drop. That's the honest reason they sell out fast: it's not a marketing trick, it's a hand-making limit. A sold-out colour can come back in a future drop.
Before Bona Beauty had its own site, I sold bonnets on Vinted for a year: 431+ five-star reviews and 2100+ followers there. Same bonnets, same me, now with my own drops and checkout instead of a marketplace listing.
